1. What payment terms do you accept for wheel loader orders?
We support T/T and L/C at sight or usance L/C. FOB, CFR and CIF trade terms are available according to your requirements.
2. Do you supply both new and used wheel loaders?
Yes. We provide brand-new units as well as inspected pre-owned Chinese wheel loaders. Stock status changes frequently, please ask for our latest list.
3. Can you provide spare parts after machine purchase?
Yes. We offer original and compatible spare-parts supply for wheel loaders for continuous operation support.
4. Which countries do you mainly export to?
Our machines go to Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America and other global markets. We are familiar with different import document requirements.
5. What documents will you provide for customs clearance?
We supply commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and other standard export documents as requested.
6. How long is your production / delivery lead-time?
Stock machines can be shipped quickly. New unit production lead-time depends on model and quantity. We will confirm exact schedule before order.
7. Do you inspect machines before shipment?
Pre-shipment inspection is supported. Buyers can arrange third-party inspection or request our inspection photos & videos.

Shipping & Export Documents
We arrange sea container shipment for wheel loaders. Machines can be loaded in 20GP /40HQ containers or bulk vessel.
Standard export documents will be issued:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Other documents according to your country customs requirement.
Please inform us your destination port in inquiry, we will calculate freight and total cost under CFR / CIF term.
