Q: What products do you supply?
A: We supply brand new diesel wheel loaders, electric new-energy wheel loaders and refurbished used loaders such as L955F. We also provide loader spare parts and multiple optional attachments.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T telegraphic transfer and L/C letter of credit. Flexible terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation clients.

Q: Which port do you ship goods from?
A: We ship from Qingdao Port, Shandong, China, convenient for container loading and export.

Q: How long is the machine warranty?
A: Our brand-new loaders have 12 months warranty starting from shipment date. Refurbished used loaders have separate warranty terms, please ask our sales for details.

Q: Can you supply spare parts after I buy the machine?
A: Yes. We keep long-term spare parts supply service for all machines sold by SUNYO MACHINERY.

Q: Can I customize attachments or machine color?
A: Yes. We can equip different attachments and customize body painting color according to customer requirements.

Q: What export documents will you provide for customs clearance?
A: We provide full set documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and other required export papers.

Q: Can I inspect the machine before shipment?
A: Yes. You or your appointed inspector can check machines at our warehouse. We also take photos and videos for pre-shipment inspection.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 7-20 working days after receiving deposit or valid L/C, subject to machine model and stock status.
