Product Introduction

**Power System**

**Travel Motor:**

The travel system is driven by a high-speed, flat-wire synchronous motor— an in-house innovation by XCMG. Featuring integrated motor and electronic control units, this system boasts high power density and a wide response range, endowing the machine with greater torque output and faster response speeds. The motor dynamically adjusts its speed in real-time based on throttle position, enabling stepless speed regulation for the entire machine.

**Drive Axle:**

Equipped with XCMG’s proprietary reinforced drive axle. The axle housing features an optimized design with an enlarged cross-section, resulting in a 10% increase in load-bearing capacity and bending resistance.

**Hydraulic System**

Utilizes a single-pump, split-flow, fixed-displacement hydraulic system. The working implement features pilot control, ensuring precise and effortless operation. Includes a "one- touch" button to instantly boost hydraulic motor speed, thereby enhancing system responsiveness and improving operational efficiency. Features a priority steering hydraulic system, ensuring light and agile steering control.

Employs international-standard sealing technology to effectively prevent hydraulic fluid leakage.

**Electrical System**

The machine is equipped with a 175.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack, supporting dual-gun fast charging. The battery thermal management system is intelligently controlled by a BMS (Battery Management System), ensuring safety and reliability.

Features a comprehensive instrument cluster that displays real-time parameters, including remaining battery charge, motor status, battery and controller temperatures, and motor speed.

Utilizes fully sealed electrical connectors, significantly enhancing dust and water resistance. It is also equipped with an integrated, enclosed fuse box, making inspection and maintenance more convenient and efficient.

**Cab and Control System**

Features XCMG’s new micro-pressurized cab, offering a spacious interior, expansive field of view, and excellent sealing performance.

High-performance shock absorbers connect the cab to the frame, significantly reducing cab vibration. The seat features a mechanical suspension system with compound damping control, ensuring a comfortable operating experience.

Equipped with a high-power air conditioning system featuring intelligent temperature control, ensuring a comfortable working environment regardless of external conditions.

**Frame**

All critical structural components have undergone Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to minimize stress concentrations and eliminate potential weak points, ensuring the machine can withstand a wide range of harsh operating conditions. The front and rear frames feature a heavy-duty, ultra-robust design, utilizing thick steel plates to deliver high structural strength and exceptional load-bearing capacity. The layout is rational and the structure is streamlined, minimizing the need for complex formed sections and irregular welds while reinforcing key load-bearing areas; this enables the frame to effectively withstand torsional forces and impact loads across all operating scenarios.

The vertical spacing between the upper and lower articulation pins at the articulation joint has been increased. This design disperses the forces acting on the joint, thereby reducing stress on the articulation pins and extending the service life of the bearings.

**Working Device and Bucket**

The working device features an optimized design, utilizing a Z-bar reverse six-link mechanism with a single rocker arm, short pull rods, and horizontally mounted boom cylinders. This configuration minimizes unloading impact and delivers superior operational performance and efficiency.

The main articulation points are equipped with a two-stage dust-proof structure, effectively preventing dust ingress and protecting the lubricating grease from contamination, thereby providing reliable protection for the hinge pins and bushings.

The primary wear-prone areas of the bucket are constructed using wear-resistant steel plates, ensuring a long service life for the bucket.

**Braking System**

The service brake system employs a hydraulically controlled, caliper-disc type mechanism acting on all four wheels. This system generates powerful braking force while simultaneously reducing the load on each individual brake piston, thereby enhancing durability.

**Versatility**

The XC936-EV electric wheel loader offers a range of optional attachments, including 1.8–3.0 m³ series buckets, log grapples, grass grapples, and quick-change implements.
